Here are things in my life that bring me fulfillment, meaning, and a sense that I am ALIVE. Often, they are things I cannot live without. Things I use EVERY DAY (sometimes when traveling, I make sure to pack them)
Reading: My current book: The Elegance of the Hedgehog….Beautifully written!.
Funky Socks 
Nut Butters: My favorites right now: Barney’s Almond Butter, and homemade Macademia Butter and of course, my ULTIMATE favs: Trader Joes Crunchy Salty and Naturally More
Red Wine: My favorite winery right now is 14 Hands as well as Maryhill. But one of my favorite passtimes is the wine section at Trader Joes. My dream date would involve being taken there and spending $15 on wine, bread, condiments and cheese.
My Sigg Water Bottle…oh, how I love you. 
Cereal: I am a bit of an addict. I mix up different brands to make my K Blend. I make homemade granola (recipe to follow soon), throw in organic whole wheat flakes, Kashi Vive Cereal, Trader Joe’s Rasin Bran Clusters and their brand of fiber flakes….YUM!
Sirachi Sauce (It kicks everything up a notch! Way Better than Ketchup!)
Coffee: MUST BE CONSUMED IN A MUG
(no paper cups for me!). My FAVORITE brand right now is SUMPTOWN…AH!

Blogging: Why? I think one thing it helps me do is to journal my experiences and realize how full of a life I have. There is something a bit goal oriented, but really focusing on the present passions with photos. It helps me pause, and gives me an outlet for creativity…
TRAVELING: Costa Rica was my BIG trip last year! Next up: Atlanta too see my friend H.!

My family are big Sci Fi fans and we enjoy that a lot and I have 2 kids (a teen and a baby, and they FUEL ME!!) I love so much being a Mom and having a family.
I really enjoy blogging as well. it’s therapy! HA
What do I crave? Raw spinach, juices, smoothies, and loads of blueberries!
i crave mental stimulation. i can never go longer than 24 hours without having to read something and learn, whether it’s a good fiction book or a research article
I crave multitasking. i love getting multiple things done at once! I also crave reading and being in the sun!

I am craving Moksha Hot Yoga – am a devout attendee when I am at home but have been on the road for over 2 weeks and won’t be home for two more…. I want my yoga!!!!
