Try This:
8 medium sized dates
2 Banana
1 / 2 cup coconut flakes
(Blend up)
Mix in 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
Then Mix in 1 Cup Shredded Carrot
and 1 Cup Oatmeal
Chill mixture for 30 minutes before shaping into cookies, then rechill and store in fridge!
Toaster:
Top 2 whole wheat English muffins with marinara sauce, goat cheese, mushrooms, and squash. Bake for 20 minutes for delicious mini pizzas!

The unbaked pumpkin pie:
1 graham cracker crust
1 15oz Libby’s canned pumpkin
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 cups vanilla greek yogurt
1/4 cup ground flaxmeal
1/2 cup crushed pecans
Mix everything from the canned pumpkin to the flaxmeal together in a large bowl. Dump into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle on nuts and press in gently. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.
I use my little George Foreman grill for panini style sandwiches or quesadillas. My favorites are grilled cheese(dipped in tomato soup, preferabley..)and PB&J quesadillas.
I am thinking of a sunflower and apple which dipped in egg and pan fried…Thanks!
Make an egg dish in the skillet instead of oven. just cook the eggs and potatoes (and veggies) together, then top with cheese and top with a lid. The heat under the lid will melt the cheese like a broiler would!
These are awesome turkey meatball recipes!!! You sautee them in a pan OR nuke ‘em in the microwave, unlike the traditional stuff that is baked in an oven!
1 lb. ground turkey
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs (fine)
1/4 c. onions, diced
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
salt & pepper to taste
Mix and shape all ingredients into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Saute in large skillet until browned! Voila!
